Symere Woods was born on July 31 1994 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States and is an American rapper. When Symere was in highschool he worked at a small store as a stocking boy, he hated his job and wanted to do something else with his life. A friend of him got a lot of positive commentary of people at his school for the rapping skills his friend had. Symere wanted that to and thought rapping isn’t that hard and started practicing a lot. He made a Soundcloud account and started posting songs on there. After a while, he started to grow a fansbase who liked his songs.

Don Cannon

Donald Earl Cannon saw one of Lil Uzi Vert songs and really liked the sound of that. Don Cannon is an American Hiphop producer and tipped the rapper at record label Atlantic Records. Lil Uzi Vert signed a deal with the label. The rapper got well known by a big audience after releasing his song “Money Longer”. The song became a big success with more then 109 million views on Youtube.

One to Watch

Lil Uzi Vert is a rapper to watch out for. He came up in a very short time period and will have a good future in Hiphop, we think. From 2014 to 2016 he had a relationship with Brittany Burd, the girl who starred in the “Money Longer” video.

Lil Uzi Vert has a different style then most rappers or artists. He has had purple hair, blue hair, red hair and his clothing is also very eccentric. He says Marilyn Manson is one of his biggest inspirations in style and his music inspirations are: Asap Rocky, Pharrell Williams, Kanye West, Young Thug, Wiz Khalifa and Lil Wayne. He dropped a freestyle verse with Asap Rocky on 4 different beats and already worked with Pharell whilliams aswell. The sound of the music Lil Uzi makes is often compared with rock music or called emo rap. Lil Uzi has had one Billboard Hot 100 single together with Migos with their track called “Bad and Boujee”

PNL is one of the best and biggest Hiphop groups in France right now .  There are from Algerian origin. The two rappers are brothers. They don’t see their mother anymore and their father was out the picture for a long time too, as he was sentenced in jail for 8 years. Solo Career First the French rapper had a solo career, it didn’t work out as expected. Not many people thought it was good and the views were disappointing. In 2015 the two rappers started working together and they released their debut album “Que La Famille”. This is their breakthrough in the rap game. Many people like there rapping and their use of auto tune. The rappers score hit after hit and got millions of views on their tracks. Many people really like the emotion in the songs of the young artists. Also they think that living follow the rules won’t get you far in life. They have a more radical way of thinking then most of the people. Another rapper PNL and SCH are comparable to each other.

Rapper NAV

Navraj Singh Goraya was born on November 3 1989 and is a Canadian rapper. Nav started as a producer in the Hiphop scene making beats under the name BeatsByNav or NAC BEATS. His Soundcloud page still exist with only instrumentals on there. He made quality beats such as: Bad Intentions, The Motive, Wifey, 3AM and Jealous. Nav’s youth Nav was born in Toronto but was raised in Rexdale a district of Ontario after his parents immigrated from Punjab, India. His mother worked as a computer manufacturer and his father as a forklift driver. Because Navraj listened so much to music everyday his mother gave him a Boom Box for Christmas. Many kids in his high school were making beats or music and Navraj started making beats at that time too. He became popular quickly at his school for his good beats and started to get a name in the underground scene of Toronto.
